Summary

Fura Bloodmouth or Garan Marethi will send you to find and kill the Dawnguard spy masquerading as either a Traveling Bard, Traveling Merchant or Traveling Pilgrim. Do so discreetly. With a high enough speech skill (75) it is possible to persuade them to follow you by telling them you'll take them to the 'monster' they're seeking, or intimidate them into coming with you. This makes it easier to kill them discreetly if you take them to a location where no one will see you.

The quest involves discreetly killing a spy, which emphasizes cruelty and criminality. It allows for some mercy through persuasion, but primarily disrupts order and involves betrayal.
