Summary

After completing Experimental Subject, speak to Neloth again about assisting in his research. This time, he will tell you that he is attempting to adapt Redguard magic to the island's ash. He has learned the location of a book through a source of his that would prove invaluable to his spell research. The book is Wind and Sand and is located in a radiant location: a Dragon lair, dragon priest lair, draugr crypt, Falmer hive, Forsworn camp, hagraven nest, vampire lair, or warlock lair.
